Delivery time

If the funeral ceremony is organised by Koperski and you would like us to deliver the flowers to the funeral, the order should be placed when there is more than one day left to the funeral.
If the funeral is organised by other company, you can pick up flowers in one of our offices (Żyrardów, Grodzisk Mazowiecki, Warsaw) during opening hours or in Mszczonów after phone or email appointment. The order should be placed 24 hours before the preferred time of the pickup.
If the day of placing the order or preferred pickup is a day off work or a holiday, the realisation can take more time. In this case plese call us before placing the order.
Realisation of an order when there is less by one day left to the funeral cannot be done online. Please call us or write an email to make an order.

Other information

We make every effort to make your order look like in the photo. Please bear in mind that the the picture is for reference only. Sizes, shades, colors and general look of the flowers can slightly differ from the ones in the photos. This is not a basis for complaint and by placing the order you accept the differences. The price of the wreaths includes a sash with inscription. We can add a sash to a bouquet upon request – please contact us.

3. Pay by transfer to the bank account number given in the last step
